The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 169.87 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 158.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.05 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.34 per cent at Rs 375.04 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 343.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 188.48 per cent to Rs 35.80 crore from Rs 12.41 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 2.61 per cent to Rs 339.23 crore as against Rs 330.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.15 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 2.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 168.66 crore, while Taxation increased by 43.48 per cent at Rs 0.66 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.46 crore).
