The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.58 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 22.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.17 per cent at Rs 93.50 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 88.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.09 per cent to Rs 85.39 crore from Rs 79.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 172.22 per cent at Rs 0.49 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.64 per cent to Rs 8.11 crore as against Rs 8.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.35 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 9.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 38.30 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.47 crore).
