The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.10 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 17.09 per cent at Rs 1.31 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.00 per cent to Rs 0.22 crore from Rs 0.20 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 20.44 per cent to Rs 1.09 crore as against Rs 1.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.45 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 60.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.10 crore).
