The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.47 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.27 per cent at Rs 13.95 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 21.25 per cent to Rs 12.23 crore from Rs 15.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 75.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.71 per cent to Rs 1.72 crore as against Rs 1.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 21.89 per cent in September quarter.
