The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.39 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.67 per cent at Rs 187.68 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 181.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.47 per cent to Rs 158.96 crore from Rs 152.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 135.19 per cent at Rs 5.48 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.33 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.52 per cent to Rs 28.72 crore as against Rs 28.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.08 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 4.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 43.65 per cent at Rs 6.22 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.33 crore).
