The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.21 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 31.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 179.48 per cent at Rs 39.91 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 194.46 per cent to Rs 39.34 crore from Rs 13.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 38.04 per cent to Rs 0.57 crore as against Rs 0.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 77.90 per cent in September quarter.
