The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.41 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 355.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 17.85 per cent at Rs 17.54 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.22 per cent to Rs 16.73 crore from Rs 20.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 40.00 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 113.16 per cent to Rs 0.81 crore as against Rs 0.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 161.02 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 6.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 433.33 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
