The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.13 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 120.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.56 per cent at Rs 139.57 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 110.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.20 per cent to Rs 136.14 crore from Rs 108.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16.05 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.81 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 122.73 per cent to Rs 3.43 crore as against Rs 1.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 76.98 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 10.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.71 crore, while Taxation increased by 158.82 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.17 crore).
