The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.55 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.31 per cent at Rs 77.49 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 62.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.94 per cent to Rs 70.19 crore from Rs 56.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.36 per cent to Rs 7.30 crore as against Rs 6.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.75 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.13 crore, while Taxation decreased by 50.00 per cent at Rs -0.34 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.68 crore).
