Further to our intimation dated 06 November 2025 (including XBRL filing) regarding the Board Meeting under Regulation 29 and in compliance with Regulations 30, 33, 52 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, 14 November 2025, has approved the Un-audited Limited Reviewed Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the half year ended 30 September 2025 along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s Rishi Kapoor & Company, Chartered Accountants. The results were earlier reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee.\r\n\r\nThe Board Meeting commenced at 03:30 PM and concluded at 04:20 PM.\r\n\r\nFurther, in continuation of our intimation dated 23 September 2025, the Trading Window closure (effective from 1 October 2025) shall continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
