The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.93 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 25.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 396.53 per cent at Rs 27.16 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 490.93 per cent to Rs 26.06 crore from Rs 4.41 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.77 per cent to Rs 1.10 crore as against Rs 1.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 78.98 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 23.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 9.68 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.31 crore).
