The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.26 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 333.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.97 per cent at Rs 16.36 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.75 per cent to Rs 15.92 crore from Rs 16.37 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 221.43 per cent to Rs 0.45 crore as against Rs 0.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 212.64 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 350.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.02 crore).
