The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.14 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 46.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.74 per cent at Rs 13.15 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.48 per cent to Rs 12.58 crore from Rs 13.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 25.64 per cent at Rs 0.49 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.39 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 27.85 per cent to Rs 0.57 crore as against Rs 0.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.18 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 6.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.46 crore, while Taxation increased by 275.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.04 crore).
