The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.11 per cent at Rs 13.06 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.19 per cent to Rs 13.17 crore from Rs 12.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 44.44 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.45 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 166.67 per cent to Rs -0.10 crore as against Rs 0.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 166.38 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 75.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 120.00 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
