The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.80 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 81.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 25.45 per cent at Rs 188.75 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 253.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.15 per cent to Rs 182.02 crore from Rs 246.47 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 3.13 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.00 per cent to Rs 6.73 crore as against Rs 6.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 33.83 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 6.47 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.29 crore, while Taxation decreased by 16.00 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.50 crore).
