The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.97 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 51.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.23 per cent at Rs 63.34 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.54 per cent to Rs 62.06 crore from Rs 51.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1750.00 per cent at Rs 0.37 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 57.09 per cent to Rs 1.27 crore as against Rs 2.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 63.39 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 6.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.59 crore, while Taxation decreased by 270.00 per cent at Rs -0.17 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.10 crore).
