The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.10 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 48.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 55.80 per cent at Rs 11.28 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 58.82 per cent to Rs 3.51 crore from Rs 2.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 54.78 per cent to Rs 7.77 crore as against Rs 5.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.81 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 11.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.31 crore, while Taxation increased by 2025.00 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.04 crore).
