The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.10 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 55.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.01 per cent at Rs 373.04 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 355.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.92 per cent to Rs 359.55 crore from Rs 339.47 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 5.30 per cent at Rs 1.39 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.32 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 14.34 per cent to Rs 13.50 crore as against Rs 15.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.47 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 44.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.21 crore, while Taxation decreased by 2.27 per cent at Rs 1.72 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.76 crore).
