Amber Enterprises India Limited has informed the Exchange that IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, has acquired 80% stake in the equity share capital of Shogini Technoarts Pvt Ltd on 1 December 2025, for a total purchase consideration of approximately Rs. 506 Crore.
