Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that Ceigall Malout Abohar Sadhuwali Highway Private Limited, subsidiary of Ceigall India Limited, has received Completion Certificate for the below mentioned project from Highway Engineering Consultant vide letter dated 05.12.2025 declaring the project fit for entry into commercial operation w.e.f November 11, 2025.
