Annapurna Swadisht Limited has informed the Exchange about Share Purchase Agreement ( SPA ) and Addendum to the existing Investment Agreement dated January 01, 2026, with the shareholders of M/s. Andri Agro Foods private Limited ( Target Company ), for acquisition of 75% of the equity share capital of the Target Company.
