The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.69 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 283.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.00 per cent at Rs 31.40 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.45 per cent to Rs 28.61 crore from Rs 24.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 20.00 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 76.10 per cent to Rs 2.80 crore as against Rs 1.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 44.95 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 137.66 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.83 crore, while Taxation decreased by 71.43 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.56 crore).
