A B Infrabuild Ltd has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for a new infrastructure project involving the construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB) under the Khurda Road Division of East Coast Railways.

The project entails the construction of an ROB at Railway Km 641/19–21, in lieu of Level Crossing No. 341, between Jhadupudi and Sompeta railway stations on the main line. The scope of work includes a composite girder and RCCT beam girder structure with multiple spans.

The contract, awarded by East Coast Railways, Indian Railways, is a domestic order with a total project value of Rs 55.26 crore. The execution period for the project is 24 months, and the terms are governed by the conditions and performance security clauses outlined in the tender documents.

The company has clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
