The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.14 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 92.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.09 per cent at Rs 21.60 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.88 per cent to Rs 20.58 crore from Rs 25.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 48.94 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.41 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 47.45 per cent to Rs 1.03 crore as against Rs 1.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 34.53 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 75.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 117.24 per cent at Rs -0.05 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.29 crore).
