Delhivery Limited on Thursday informed that its subsidiary, Spoton Logistics Private Limited, has received an appeal order under Section 107(11) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The order was passed by the Office of the Commissioner (Appeals), Gurugram for the period from FY 2017–18 to FY 2021–22. It imposes a tax demand of ?16.39 crore, along with applicable interest and a penalty equivalent to the tax amount, on Spoton Logistics. The demand has been raised on account of alleged short payment of tax under the reverse charge mechanism.

According to the regulatory filing, the order dated December 31, 2025, was uploaded on the GST portal on January 14, 2026.

Delhivery said that Spoton Logistics will be filing an appeal against the order with the appropriate appellate authority. The company clarified that there is no material impact on its financials, operations, or other business activities arising from the order.
