Silver Touch Technologies Limited, a leading end-to-end IT solutions provider with strong expertise in e-Governance and digital public infrastructure, has been selected by the Transport Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, for a prestigious statewide e-Governance project.

The project entails end-to-end supply, personalization, printing, dispatch and delivery of Smart Card Driving Licences (SCDL) across Uttar Pradesh. It also covers associated IT systems, application development, infrastructure deployment, and comprehensive operations and maintenance, in line with the tender specifications.

Under the mandate, Silver Touch will deliver a secure, scalable and high-availability digital solution to support citizen services across all RTO and ARTO offices in the state. The scope of work includes a centralized smart card personalization and issuance platform, secure citizen data processing and document lifecycle management, statewide logistics and delivery operations, deployment and upkeep of IT infrastructure and applications, and compliance-driven audit, monitoring and reporting mechanisms.

The engagement is structured as a long-term contract, providing sustained execution and predictable revenue visibility over the contract tenure. The project further strengthens Silver Touch’s leadership in large-scale e-Governance implementations and reinforces its focus on annuity-based, mission-critical government programs.
