Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in continuation to the intimation dated 15th July, 2025, this is to inform you that the Company has received e-auction sale notice under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) from Canara Bank, a secured lender of the Company on 23rd January, 2026.
