The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.40 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 37.25 per cent at Rs 14.15 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.22 per cent to Rs 13.09 crore from Rs 9.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 27.27 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.22 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 158.54 per cent to Rs 1.06 crore as against Rs 0.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 90.59 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.00 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.10 crore).
