The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.66 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 20.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 77.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.24 per cent at Rs 51.25 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 70.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.88 per cent to Rs 37.32 crore from Rs 37.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 16.33 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.49 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 57.52 per cent to Rs 13.93 crore as against Rs 32.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.61 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 73.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.77 crore, while Taxation decreased by 63.33 per cent at Rs 3.08 crore (Dec'24 Rs 8.40 crore).
