The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.46 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 820.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 53.87 per cent at Rs 4.97 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 46.31 per cent to Rs 4.36 crore from Rs 2.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 53.33 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 144.00 per cent to Rs 0.61 crore as against Rs 0.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 57.84 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 42.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore
