In terms of Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI, LODR, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with M/s K2 Cranes & Components Private Limited on 28 Jan 2026. This MoU was signed for the design, development and Manufacturing of Marine, defence and shipyard cranes and associated equipment. \r\n\r\nIn this regard a copy of Press Release is enclosed.
