The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.37 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 30.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.85 per cent at Rs 341.73 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 294.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.88 per cent to Rs 322.63 crore from Rs 280.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 14.71 per cent at Rs 4.35 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 5.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 35.27 per cent to Rs 19.10 crore as against Rs 14.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.70 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 504.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.51 crore, while Taxation increased by 22.97 per cent at Rs 2.57 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.09 crore).
