The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.07 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 24.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 79.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.14 per cent at Rs 717.79 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 910.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 21.56 per cent to Rs 702.74 crore from Rs 895.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 47.42 per cent at Rs 6.72 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 12.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.39 per cent to Rs 15.05 crore as against Rs 14.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 33.76 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 13.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 288.97 per cent at Rs 7.37 crore (Dec'24 Rs -3.90 crore).
