The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.81 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.72 per cent at Rs 124.92 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 111.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.72 per cent to Rs 121.68 crore from Rs 107.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.19 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 32.78 per cent to Rs 3.24 crore as against Rs 4.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 39.68 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 12.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.50 crore, while Taxation decreased by 33.62 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.16 crore).
