The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 42.26 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 43.76 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.63 per cent at Rs 354.00 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 371.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.38 per cent to Rs 286.84 crore from Rs 299.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 21.36 per cent at Rs 8.01 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 6.60 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.71 per cent to Rs 67.16 crore as against Rs 71.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.15 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 71.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.24 crore, while Taxation decreased by 2.03 per cent at Rs 14.98 crore (Dec'24 Rs 15.29 crore).
