The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.02 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.57 per cent at Rs 23.20 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.91 per cent to Rs 18.36 crore from Rs 15.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 20.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.05 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 47.71 per cent to Rs 4.83 crore as against Rs 3.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.76 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 82.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.64 crore, while Taxation increased by 71.83 per cent at Rs 1.22 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.71 crore).
