The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.43 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 140.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 48.43 per cent at Rs 38.40 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 45.22 per cent to Rs 33.72 crore from Rs 23.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 3.23 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.93 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 76.60 per cent to Rs 4.68 crore as against Rs 2.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.71 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 19.15 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.56 crore, while Taxation increased by 75.41 per cent at Rs 1.07 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.61 crore).
