The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.92 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 104.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 108.24 per cent at Rs 57.35 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 110.47 per cent to Rs 52.45 crore from Rs 24.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 68.00 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.25 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 86.31 per cent to Rs 4.90 crore as against Rs 2.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.39 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 60.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 97.96 per cent at Rs 0.97 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.49 crore).
