The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 26.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 36.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.28 per cent at Rs 87.50 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 91.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 21.00 per cent to Rs 49.55 crore from Rs 62.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 23.41 per cent at Rs 1.93 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.52 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.28 per cent to Rs 37.95 crore as against Rs 28.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 38.17 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.60 crore, while Taxation increased by 25.00 per cent at Rs 5.05 crore (Dec'24 Rs 4.04 crore).
