The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.68 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 40.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 39.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.63 per cent at Rs 568.37 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 513.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.85 per cent to Rs 534.05 crore from Rs 460.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1.54 per cent at Rs 9.22 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 9.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 34.96 per cent to Rs 34.32 crore as against Rs 52.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.19 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 50.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.92 crore, while Taxation decreased by 35.58 per cent at Rs 8.51 crore (Dec'24 Rs 13.21 crore).
