The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 123.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 131.66 per cent at Rs 45.73 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 133.59 per cent to Rs 45.27 crore from Rs 19.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 176.00 per cent at Rs 0.69 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.25 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 27.78 per cent to Rs 0.46 crore as against Rs 0.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 44.20 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 88.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 123.08 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.13 crore).
