The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.31 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.17 per cent at Rs 18.72 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.10 per cent to Rs 18.25 crore from Rs 17.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 47.73 per cent to Rs 0.46 crore as against Rs 0.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 49.28 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 10.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 64.71 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.17 crore).
