The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.07 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 250.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.09 per cent at Rs 1.56 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.58 per cent to Rs 1.65 crore from Rs 1.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 32.14 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.28 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 64.00 per cent to Rs -0.09 crore as against Rs -0.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 72.02 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 200.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
