This is to inform you that the Company had raised an amount of ? 6,75,00,000 (Indian Rupees Six Crores Seventy-Five Lakhs) through a Preferential Issue in accordance with Chapter V of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and other applicable laws, pursuant to the Letter of Offer dated November 20, 2025 ('LOF').
