The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.96 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 26.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 210.99 per cent at Rs 20.65 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.21 per cent to Rs 44.45 crore from Rs 35.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3.60 per cent at Rs 36.50 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 35.23 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 16.69 per cent to Rs -23.81 crore as against Rs -28.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 73.20 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 61.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 144.92 per cent at Rs 0.84 crore (Dec'24 Rs -1.87 crore).
