The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.79 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.65 per cent at Rs 14.70 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.17 per cent to Rs 13.18 crore from Rs 11.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 238.46 per cent at Rs 1.80 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs -1.30 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 60.57 per cent to Rs 1.51 crore as against Rs 3.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 58.13 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 63.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.54 crore, while Taxation increased by 217.65 per cent at Rs 0.54 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.17 crore).
