The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.21 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 66.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.25 per cent at Rs 26.19 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.26 per cent to Rs 24.09 crore from Rs 19.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.16 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.23 per cent to Rs 2.10 crore as against Rs 2.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.47 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 39.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 40.00 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.10 crore).
