The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.02 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 95.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 120.49 per cent at Rs 21.63 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 133.73 per cent to Rs 21.55 crore from Rs 9.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 112.50 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 88.14 per cent to Rs 0.07 crore as against Rs 0.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 94.36 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation decreased by 90.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.20 crore).
