The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.57 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.83 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.92 per cent at Rs 96.43 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 133.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 25.57 per cent to Rs 97.94 crore from Rs 131.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 514.71 per cent at Rs 4.18 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.68 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 168.64 per cent to Rs -1.51 crore as against Rs 2.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 195.15 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 2.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.92 crore, while Taxation decreased by 48.53 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.68 crore).
