The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 36.74 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 825.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.19 per cent at Rs 79.65 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 88.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.10 per cent to Rs 77.48 crore from Rs 88.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 640.56 per cent at Rs 37.25 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 5.03 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 301.85 per cent to Rs 2.17 crore as against Rs 0.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 345.90 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 32.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.73 crore
